Work alongside Linda, the wild horses, and this breathtaking land to find and unleash the freedom within.

I honor the work that Freedom Reigns offers to these otherwise slaughter-bound horses, by creating an environment close to their natural habitat for them to live free. I am thrilled and grateful to have been invited to host one of the very first retreats at Freedom Reigns. Combining gestalt, somatic work and the sanctuary surroundings will create an opportunity to experience the raw connection to self.

The Experience.

Friday

• 4:30 – 6:00 – Guest Arrival

• Outdoor fireside dinner

• Circle up

 

Saturday

• 8:30 Coffee & Breakfast

• Meditation on the horse pasture deck (maybe include photo)

• Gestalt Experiences with Freedom Reigns horses

• Lunch

• Tour the vast pastures and rolling hills, observe horses

• Journaling and Down Time

• Fire

• Dinner

• Circle Up

 

Sunday

• 8:30am Coffee

• Brunch

• Circle up and Meditation with the horses

• 12-2:30 Final reflection and goodbyes

 

Meals and Accommodations.

 

Featuring chef Kari Bernardi of Super Natural Chef, all meals provided will be gourmet, vegetarian cooking.
